Possible Ideas:

FIRST PLAN:

(default)
Have the male protagonist seen training for a match. For example punching a bag or the air.
As he is punching we can slow is down so as he punches again we have it transition to an event that later occurs for example:

1) He beats up his girlfriend: Have his initial punch transcend into him hitting her, see her body fall to the floor, double or triple her image to create a dramatic impact.

Then have him come back into training, punch a few more times. Then we slow mo another movement, a punch or a kick or an upper cut from him and transition into:

2) Kicking someone who is on the floor, a rival gang member? a friend?
a punch into punching someone again??
upper cut transcends into him stabbing someone, same motion as the upper or lower cut would be.

the back to training, zoom on his face and as he blinks have the girlfriend with a bruised, cut face appear where his face would of been and as she blinks have her face replaced with the other person he either kicked, punched or stabbed with a nose bleed or bleeding lip then have it go back to his face and one final punch.

SECOND PLAN:

1) The scene starts with the protagonist lying face down, dead as police are at the scene.
The whole basis of the scene is to help the audience discover how the crime occurred.

2) The whole intro will be rewinded in slow motion causing the main character to rise again off the ground as police leave the scene backwards and the criminals arrive to show how the stabbing occurred.

3) The slow motion rewind will be fastest when the scene begins as the police will be at the scene for a while. once the criminals enter the scene the rewind will be much slower in order to focus on the lighting details and camera angles used.

4)The end of the intro will consist of the main character freezing while entering the scene.

PLOT:

A snitch:

Him getting a camera and hand are shown.

Over the shoulder shot of gang member together, snitch takes a photo of them.

hand shown passing a photo over, other hand receives it.

fist flies round a corner, black out
